Hvad er sundt? Ja, det er super komplekst. Og ofte meget individuelt. Jeg vil på 1 times tid, prøve at koge det ned til noget der er "spiseligt" og som du kan bruge i din hverdag lige nu og her.
Hvad der er sundt for dig, handler om udgangspunkt, tilgang, motivationen, mål, tilgængelighed og meget mere. Men først og fremmest, handler det om at gøre det simpelt nok til at du kan tage første skridt.
I denne online undervisning vil jeg dele ud af viden om sundhed i hverdagen, samt hvad jeg selv gør for at skabe det bedste udgangspunkt.
Jeg vil komme ind på vaner og adfærd. Hvad er vaner? Hvordan skabes nye og hvordan slipper vi af med de uhensigtsmæssige af dem, eller ændrer dem?
Jeg vil dele tricks, viden, forskning, eksempler og gøre det super håndgribeligt.
