Masterclass i Kombucha og Fermentering emner:
Vi introducerer vores allerførste Kombucha Masterclass med stærkt fokus på kombucha, så deltagerne virkelig føler sig rustet til at brygge efter to timer med os. Denne session, der afholdes i uge 43 den 22. oktober fra kl. 16:45 til 18:30. Der er plads til 12 personer.
Indholdet af Masterclass
- Introduktion til fermentering: En gennemgang af fermentering og fordelene ved fermentering af fødevarer.
- Kombucha-brygning: Vi går i dybden med kombucha-brygning, og guider gennem hele processen, fra start til slut, med særligt fokus på at finde balancen i fermenteringen (fx mængde af sukker tilsat i fermenteringen og alkohol og hvordan man kan kontrollere dette)
- Fejl og læring: Vi deler vores erfaringer af alle dele af brygning og tips til at undgå fejl, som kan hjælpe deltagerne
- Kombucha-smagning: Lær at skelne mellem forskellige kombucha-varianter og brands, med fokus på forskelle i alkohol- og sukkerindhold samt betydning af køling på levende kombucha
- Snacks: Vi serverer lette snacks undervejs for at rense smagspaletten og vand imellem kombucha både for tænderne (syre) men også for at rense munden mellem hver smag
